Patient-controlled Consent-first Evidence to discuss

Start with your perspective

What brings you here?

One private foundation · two complementary paths

Support health every day—and personalise care when it matters.

The same patient-controlled vault could power preventive lifestyle insights and provide relevant genomic context when a clinical decision needs to be made.

Prevent & optimise

Build a clearer picture of everyday health.

Explore lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, exercise and recovery in the context of your biology—without presenting wellness insights as clinical diagnosis.

  • Lifestyle and recovery context
  • Longitudinal health tracking
  • Private genomic foundation

Personalise care

Bring useful context into treatment decisions.

Help clinicians inspect drug–gene and biomarker factors that may inform treatment, monitoring or recovery planning while retaining clinical judgement.

  • Patient-authorised queries
  • Referenced clinical context
  • Monitoring and recovery support

Your health, on your terms

See the context behind your care—not just another generic report.

Holobios Soma is being designed to help you securely bring relevant genetic context into everyday health decisions and clinical conversations.

01

Prepare before treatment

Surface genetic factors that may be relevant to how a medicine is activated, transported or cleared, ready to discuss with your clinician.

02

Support life between appointments

Explore lifestyle, nutrition, exercise and recovery insights without presenting them as diagnosis or a substitute for care.

03

Stay in control

Approve time-limited access, share only relevant markers and receive a record of each query.

Holobios Health is an early-stage concept. Its clinical applications would require appropriate evidence, safety review and regulation. It is intended to inform discussion, not make autonomous treatment decisions.

Guidelines protect millions of patients.

Precision context may help explain why individual responses still differ.

But this is aboutyou.

Genes can be one factor in how medicines are absorbed, activated or cleared. Personalised care brings that context alongside established guidance, clinical history and professional judgement—not in place of them.

Treatment variation

People can respond differently to the same medicine. Genetics may be one useful part of a wider clinical assessment.

Fragmented context

Genetic results, medicines, biomarkers and lived experience often sit apart, leaving patients and clinicians to connect them manually.

Privacy

DNA companies store millions of genomes in central databases. Breaches and bankruptcies put that data at risk.

Case study · Patient Zero

Built first for one patient: our founder.

At 31, Tamesh started chemotherapy. Standard care treated his cancer, but persistent effects led him to spend years mapping his genetics, biomarkers and recovery by hand. Holobios Health grew from the question: could that context be made safer and easier to explore with a clinician?

Cancer treatment

SLC22A2 · GSTP1

After chemotherapy, the founder experienced persistent kidney phosphate loss and tinnitus. Later genomic exploration raised questions about whether relevant risk factors could have informed monitoring and clinical discussion before treatment.

Everyday prescribing

CYP2C19

Some CYP2C19 variants are clinically relevant to activation of clopidogrel. The proposed copilot would surface referenced context for a clinician to assess.

Supplement timing

Mineral absorption

The founder used genomic, biomarker and lifestyle context to form questions about supplement timing during recovery, then tracked his response over time.

Exercise advice

FTO · ADRB2/3

Personal data helped the founder explore different training approaches. This experience inspired the platform, but it is not evidence that the same approach suits everyone.

How it works

A conceptual flow. Your genome stays on your phone. Access is requested, and every opening leaves a receipt you can check.

  1. 01On your phone

    Your genome stays with you

The file is stored on your phone so that if an attacker obtains it, it is unreadable. Technical details will follow under NDA. It is not copied into a central database that we can read.

  2. 02By request

Access has to be asked for

A clinician requests access when genetic context is relevant to care. How that request is made is still to be confirmed. Nothing is opened unless it is asked for.

  3. 03On the record

    An immutable receipt

Every access leaves a receipt that cannot be changed. At a minimum it records which genes were opened, by whom, when, and what for.

  4. 04In your hands

    A way to double-check

Use that receipt to compare genetic information a practitioner presents in a report or a prescription. It is a second look if something does not match, whoever the mismatch came from.

The exact way a clinician requests access is still being designed. These are the principles that shape it.

A mutually beneficial objective

Better-informed care could benefit the person, the professional and the system.

These are outcomes to test, not savings already proven by Holobios Health. Future pilots should measure clinical utility, recovery experience, workflow time and total cost of care.

Greater agency

For patients

Potentially fewer avoidable effects, clearer questions to ask and a better-informed recovery journey.

More usable context

For clinicians

Less manual cross-referencing and concise, inspectable evidence delivered in the flow of care.

Measurable value

For institutions

An opportunity to study whether preventable complications, treatment interruptions and resource use can be reduced.
